Welcome to "Au bol d'air", a small family campsite in the heart of the Avesnois regional natural park.
Our campsite is the perfect stopover for hikers and cyclists exploring our region and the ideal spot to recharge and share moments with family or friends in the countryside and in good spirits.
Located between Val Joly and Maroilles, near the EuroVelo 3 cycle route, our campsite is at the crossroads of hiking trails and at the heart of the numbered junction network that crisscrosses the region. It is undoubtedly an excellent starting point for exploring the cultural, natural, and gastronomic heritage of the Avesnois region.
Whether for one night, a few days or a longer stay, we welcome campers in tents, caravans or motorhomes and we also offer rental accommodations with up to seven beds.
The campsite is open from the first weekend of April to the last weekend of September.

Our History
Our story is the realization of a long-held dream. Lovers of camping, nature, and hiking, we chose to settle down in our region. After many adventures, we decided to take over a small campsite right here in the North, to stay close to our families and friends. We are committed to breathing new life into Au Bol d'Air, transforming it to reflect our vision: a welcoming, authentic, and harmonious place that celebrates not only human hospitality and the natural beauty of our region, but also its rich cultural and culinary heritage.

At Bol d'Air, you set the pace! Between the playground, the multi-sports field, table tennis, pétanque and a warm covered area for reading, playing board games, chatting or having a drink, young and old alike will find many opportunities to get together and create beautiful memories.
And to top it all off, we also offer great one-off events such as group games, a friendly lottery, small markets or memorable themed evenings, including the famous karaoke!

Our prime location is the ideal starting point for your explorations. Hikers will be captivated by the numerous trails leading to the enchanting landscapes of the Avesnois region. Cyclists will have easy access to the numbered junction network, connecting to the renowned Scandibérique (EuroVelo 3) – a major European route – and the Avesnois Green Way, offering a complete immersion in a stunning sea of greenery.
On the cultural and culinary side, you can extend your curiosity beyond the trails! Discover the treasures of our region by visiting the museums in the surrounding area, or treat yourself by meeting local producers for a gourmet break.
